  • This place is an absolute joke. Customer service is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I pulled in about 4 minutes before they opened. The open light was on so I went ahead and walked in. I was about to sign in on the computer and the lady up front barked at me "we're not open yet. Don't sign in." I thought I was back in grade school the way she scolded me. So I sat down and proceeded to see stylist after stylist walk in AFTER 10:00 when they officially opened. If you're an adult and can't show up to work on time when you have to be there at 10 clearly you need to do some self reflection and get your life in order. Not one of them greeted me as they walked in. Each and every one of their stylists were late and spent the next 18 minutes getting their stations ready as I sat and waited. The one with the worst attitude walking around like she owned the place happened to be my stylist. I wasn't about to let someone with horrible customer service cut my hair so I walked out.
