  • My dragon boat crew and I visited this spot for our annual Christmas party. We usually hit a BYOB cause boy, we can drink, but decided to try something different this year and it totally paid off! For one the atmosphere at this spot is great; the music is fun, the vibe is festive and the decor itself, with the kitschy Mexican emblems, is enough to put a smile on your face. Organizing this event myself was painless! The restaurant can accommodate 100 people and they offer very inexpensive group menus too. We had a menu of 4 starters and 4 mains which included ceviche, nachos, wings, flautas, enchiladas, coconut shrimp, quesadillas and sides of guacamole, fries, chilli and salad. I can honestly say that the food was good, and the portions were beyond generous. We got free drinks for the table too which are part of their group menu. This whole fiesta for 28$!! The drinks were delicious. They come in three sizes, either glass, bucket or pitcher and are more than reasonably priced. I was happy with my bucket of mojito for sure! Lol! The service was amazing too. Alex, the manager, made our evening fun and was beyond professional in helping me organize this for the group. The group was more than satisfied with the evening and we are definitely putting this resto on our go to list for our group events.
