Wow. This is the only location that ever complains to me about what I order.
First it was complaining about my improper use of buy ten get one free sticker cards during Christmas (if I earned them then let me use it!) and now I think they're just trying to make my day miserable.
I was using their new mobile ordering function on the app today, when I got there it turned out their smoked butterscotch latte was out of stock, which is fine. So they asked me change my drink, which is also fine. I got one of my new usuals which is a citrus green tea latte with two shots of espresso and soy in the same size.
As I was waiting for my drink, the cashier called me up and said that my drink was too expensive, and that she could make it for me this time but not next time. Maybe there's a quality control type scenario going on... But I've never been told that by any sb ever. So irritated at the baristas right now... But knowing me I'll be back to get my coffee fix within the week.
100% unhappy visit today.
