  • After being told my service would be about 45 minutes, in 3 minutes it will have been 2 hours. At 1 1/2 hrs, I was told 10 minutes. Getting ready to talk to manager...have waited 5 minutes in 111 degrees. Nothing he does will make me return to this car wash. 10 minutes later he returns, tells me he can offer apology, and free wash, but no refund.
