Thanks Lowes for making me Top Priority and not doing anything about like it is a Priority!
Basically: We received a new fridge Friday, found out things were not freezing or cooling after many hours. Called customer service, they directed us to this store in which it was purchased. We said we need to change it out quick because our food is about to go bad. They said we will have someone contact you in 24hrs so you can get it replaced. 48 freaking hours later, still nothing. We call back, they say wait another 24 hrs, I demand to talk to someone now and they said we'll call you in bit. They call and say they're delivering the next day. Well now ALL my food is bad! All by one day it could have all been saved. But because they did not act quick enough, like they said they would, I don't have any food!!! I'm a full time teacher, I don't even have enough funds at the moment to go buy more food! They won't even refund me any money. It was their fault for bringing me a brand new DEFECTIVE fridge. I told them early on that I had a problem and it took them 4 days to react. Thanks Lowes.
