  • Two stars might be inaccurate but only because I never got past the phone call to ask for a quote. First question asked... who is my insurance company? Then they wanted my address. Why is any of this information necessary just to get a quote? I always research several companies' reviews before making a decision and then always go with my gut instincts. I was turned off by Safelite asking for everything but my social security number and my firstborn child. I ended up using another company to fix my windshield and was very glad I did.
