  • Tried to get the "express oil change" for my jeep. They said 30 minutes or so. After 20 minutes of mulling around the lot looking at cars I wandered back. I find my jeep not in the bay, not next up like it was since they backed in someone else's jeep in front of mine. At this point, I left and will not return for services here. I was a potential long term customer, but now I am never a customer.
