Went to return a case for my iPhone X that came in the mail 4 days after the phone, and because it was shipped to me from their warehouse i couldn't return it in person. That's crazy! Its the same store AND they were out of stock in the store - it would have helped them. He did show me how to put the label on the box though. Lol. Then I asked for him to check the status of the shipping boxes to return my trade in phones that were shipped a week ago. Nope. I had to call customer service. No offer to call them for me. Absolutely worthless. Stuck with them for two years again.
