Lets start off with the fact that they did a fairly good job making the space cozy. The patio is ideal. More importantly, our server had all of the patio tables on her own, was very attentive, knew how to explain all of the dishes well and all the while had a pleasant smile on her face.
For a cocktail I ordered the Fig Mule, it was so disappointing. I wanted to like but ended up not even finishing it. The food, was a underwhelming. The roasted beets, were good but seriously the smallest portion of tapas I have ever seen. The Forbidden Rice was definitely my favorite. It was warm, earthy and savory - well done. We also ordered the lamb, which is what our server suggested given our other items (initially we were going to get the roasted chicken). I am glad that we got the lamb. All the flavors worked well but I wasn't "wowed". We then ordered the sundae and it was also just OK. I thought it was a bit tart but my friend loved it, he finished it on his own.
All in all, I don't think I would return until I know they have newer seasonal items but they don't give me the impression they will do that.
