If there were zero stars I would give them that rating. The people are somewhere between rude/unfriendly and combative. I called at one point to understand my options when my two year contract expired and by the end of the call was being accused of breach of contract. There is a cultural issue at this company that needs to be resolved. The cool thing is that we as customer now have options available to us. Comporium appears to be able to stay in business because it has been our only option as customers but the times have changed. My experience with this company has been so bad that I will now make it my personal mission to move off of cable and convince every single person I speak with to do the same.
