  • Absolutely RUDE!! Called to ask tire quotes, left on hold forever. Had to call back. I do not remember the guy's name, but he basically said "I can't give you a quote until I know what your budget is". I have a long list to go thru. Basically, it was his tone of voice. It's like he had no time nor patience to answer my questions.
