I ordered the French Onion soup and the fish-n-chips. Both were very good. Atmosphere was good, except I was there on a Friday, and halfway through my meal a rock/party band started playing. Decent band, but killed the atmosphere to be having fish and chips and Guinness while a band is whaling away on an Eagles tune. Instantly transformed from an Irish pub to every other party bar on the street. Even before the band they had alternative music playing on the sound system.
5 stars for food, but minus 2 for atmosphere and lack of a theme commitment.
