  • Had an amazing first experience at New Moon so I went back two weeks later. I had another amazing pedicure and afterwards was sat down with a heavy set Asian women who didn't even acknowledge my presence. I tried speaking with her three times during the manicure and she either ignored me or rolled her eyes so I gave up. I got a complete gel manicure from her in 15 minutes. If you've EVER been to a nail salon, you know that gel manicures take longer than this. Within 24 hours, the polish on my two thumb nails peeled off and three days later I was easily able to remove every bit of polish from my nails just by tugging at it. She never even primed my nails for the polish after filing them down. Horrible job. Horrible employee. Will not ever return nor recommend them to anyone.
