I had the misfortune of needing a service call for internet service that was down. I called the morning after discovering the problem and was unable to have a technician before the next evening. I had a 5-6 o'clock appointment, I called cox at 4:45 to let them know I was in route and would be home by 5:05 to make sure I woulf not mis them. They assured me that the technician would be there at 5 o'clock and would wait. I had given them my cell number, but apparrently they had the technician call the home number. He was at the house and left a message at 4:00. I was not able to reach the techician to resurrect the appointment. Instead i have to wait another entire day to get service, They offered me a credit of 2 days of service. Hardly a drop in the bucket for the inconvienience for waiting two afternoons and spending 45 minutes on the phone to try to reschedule. Irritated customer.
