One thing that I hate about moving to a new town is finding a new place it get your haircut. We've all gotten a bad haircut; you have to live with the consequences until your hair looks normal again. I try not to go to the chains and unisex hair salons but look for old style barbershops.
I got my hair cut by Doug Pagani at Ballantyne Barbers. Great cut. Doug is a nice gent from Boston with over 40 years of barber experience. He took time to listen to what I wanted and proceeded to deliver a great cut that wasn't too short and finished with a hot towel, hot shaving cream and a razor to the back of my neck and to my side burns. Doug knows what he's doing; he's old school and will take the time to cut your hair right. They recommend appointments; I recommend it, especially if you want a specific Barber. Be sure you ask for David and be ready to talk about Boston sports. You won't regret it.
