  • If I could give them negative stars I would. I moved in April. Since August I have had rats, yes rats in my apartment. I put in 3 work orders before anything was done. The apartment is now inhabitable with sightings of at least 3 a day. They offered to switch apartments for me that was 2 weeks ago. No one contacts me I have to go to the offices everyday and ask what's going on. They want to charge me 1300 to change the carpet in my now inhabitable apartment plus prorated rent on not one but now two apartments. Costing me upward of $2,000. I can't speak for other apartments but I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I also know that corporate has denied the work order from the pest control company to rectify the problem. Do yourself a favor stay away and do not rent here.
