| - DW Bistro is going to be one of my favorite places for brunch. We came in here on Father's Day and it was SO BUSY! Luckily we were able to grab three seats right away at the bar to get started on our bottomless mimosas while we waited for a table. The bartenders were so busy but very nice. They kept our champagne glasses constantly filled. We were originally told 60 min, but we were called within 30, which was fortunate since we were drinking those mimosas extra fast on empty stomachs.
Once we were seated, they kept the mimosas coming. We never had to wait. The service is impeccable! I can't remember what my friends ordered (maybe I was that drunk?), but I ordered the eggs benedict. The only problem was that there were options which I thought were add-ons, but they were actually "instead of" options. So I ordered sausage, thinking I'd get sausage on the side, but when my eggs benedict came, they had replaced my ham with the sausage. The sausage did not go at all with the benedict and were actually my least favorite part of the meal. Everything else was delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the hollandaise was subtle and buttery, and the muffins were toasted and fluffy.
I can't wait to go back and try other things. I really like the ambiance of the restaurant. It's so bright and cheery. The servers are constantly running around but are all super nice. My friend asked how much a bottle of their hot sauce cost, and he gave her one on the house. Such a nice unexpected gesture. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed it.
