  • Impossible to believe that a venue specifically designed as the premier spot to see films cannot get even basic seating right. We were in cinema 5, the seats were back-breaking - I could hardly stand up when the film ended, and was in pain for the next day and a half. The spacing between rows is much too short. I'm only 6'1" and spent the entire film trying to figure out where to put my legs. Very uncomfortable. The kick-plate protecting the backs of the seats in front of you do nothing but contribute to the problem. The men's washroom - come on. Who the heck thought it was a good idea to put the trendy oval urinals up with no dividers in between? I can just imagine how much the mover's and shakers (no pun intended) of Hollywood must enjoy hanging out (yup, another pun), beside us regular folk when nature calls. A little privacy please... Honestly, I will not go back because it is so unbelievably uncomfortable.
