I am a previous tenant of the Terraces. I paid rent on time every month and left the apartment spotless. I gave the appropriate notice for moving out, and even though I moved on July 21, 2017 (and had a walk through that day), I paid the rent for the entire month of July, as well as kept the utilities active until August 1st as per my lease agreement.
However, my utility bill was outrageous for the period of 7/23 - 8/1. Clearly, someone there was using my gas, electric, and water. This is outright fraud. Emails to the management company keep getting bounced back as an invalid email address
