| - I came across the bad reviews when I was referred to Dr. Hunt by my primary care physician, whom I love, so I decided to form my own opinion regardless of them. However, everything everyone has said is true about this doctor and her staff. She is not a doctor...She is a saleswoman, and she and her staff were completely unprofessional. I can't go into detail about certain personal issues I had with her, but when I spoke with another doctor about them, she said she wanted the name of this doctor so she could make sure none of her patients ever go here. I left her office scared, in tears, and feeling completely humiliated to say the least. Besides that huge issue, she was pushy and in a hurry during other appointments. One time she came into my appointment and then left the room while I changed, for what she said would be a second, but decided to go to another appointment and make me wait because she was in such a hurry to rush people in and out. Then, when she finally came back in, both that time and another, she tried to push every test and product on me as she possibly could, and when I didn't want some of the unnecessary tests and products, she all of a sudden went from somewhat friendly to rude. She doesn't give a damn about patients. She cares about money and pushing products that are going to make her more money. Then, if you decline, she wants nothing to do with you. To top it off, her staff is completely unprofessional, as well. I called yesterday to cancel and appointment I had scheduled for today. They then called me today and said they hadn't cancelled the appointment at all, but that they would. I called to ask about a separate appointment for next week and the girl on the line said that it wasn't even in the books, but that I was scheduled today for something completely unrelated. So, they cancelled the appointment I needed for next week for no reason, then tried to charge me for my appointment today that I cancelled on time and they screwed up. Even worse was that I actually needed the appointment for next week but because of their screw up, they now say they can't get me in for weeks. Oh, and she blamed me for the "miscommunication" in cancelling the appointment. Seriously?? It was the last appointment I was going to have with them and it was just for test results, but the doctor doesn't like to give them over the phone because she's not making money that way. I am instead going to find another doctor that will give me those results, and I am saying good riddance to this place for good.
I ask that you ladies please take these reviews seriously. I am calling my primary care physician to let them know my terrible experience with the office they referred me to in hopes that they will think twice before sending future patients here. If I can prevent even one other woman from feeling how I felt when I left this place, I will feel a little bit better.
