I wish I could give no stars. Worse experience ever. I got four new phones two months ago for the family and for cheaper phones for my husband and myself to try to lower my already high phone bill. Was promised many things and were all lies. After getting my last phone bill that was almost double from what was discussed I went to the store to see why. The same keep that sold me the phones was there and just fed my lie after lie. He was argumentive and treated my like I was an idiot. There were several mistakes in my bill and he was only prepared to fix one of them. After arguing with me for ten minutes and wearing me down he managed to make me lose my temper and yell the whole way out the door. I'm mostly upset he made me do this in front of my daughter. He promised in all the yelling he would have some charges removed and call me within a couple days to say they were fixed. Nothing has been done and not long after I left the store someone changed my password on my Sprint account and it wasn't anyone in my family. I am seriously ready to quit Sprint after 17 years as a loyal customer. This horrible person that works at this store needs to be fired. He lied and treated me horrible. I suggest you record anything he tries to sell you.
