I too fell for the $20 all you can eat sushi ploy. The selection was small, but the classics like tuna, salmon, vegetable can be quite good. However, these were average at best. It was reminiscent of the sushi I get at the grocery store. The tuna (ahi) was not fresh and it showed. The spicy salmon and California rolls were the best of the choices though still not great. The service was good though and the view of the fountains and atmosphere of the place were pleasing. A large asahi beer is also only $8 not bad for Vegas. I wouldn't recommend it as the best dining experience in Vegas, but for non sushi eaters (those who like tempura shrimp, cali rolls, etc) it is a ok deal. I would go elsewhere for sushi though.
