  • Melissa is hands down the best hairstylist I've ever had. And I take my hairstyling seriously. She is a wizard with scissors. She also waxes my eyebrows and is damn good at that, appropriately scolding me when I pluck them too aggressively. I have been going to Melissa for 7 or 8 years now - wow time flies - first while I was living in CLE, and ever since whenever I am back in town I make seeing her a priority. Not only is seeing her a priority so she can fix up whatever mess my hair is in, but also because she is a beautiful human being and a great friend - she came to my commencement from grad school and was at my wedding - that's the kind of friendship we've built. Enough about Melissa, don't want her getting a big head! Let's talk about Eddy's. The salon is in a great location with convenient hours. Eddy himself is the man, the receptionists are super friendly and helpful, and the other stylists are chill, nice people that all do kickass work themselves. Not to mention the prices are more than reasonable for the cut you get and the products they stock are the jam. Overall, going to see Melissa at Eddy's on Coventry is a pleasure that gets better every time. What else can I say? I love this woman, the cut she gives me, and going to Eddy's every time I am in the CLE.
