  • this company is not an isurance company. it is design to collect money from customers and provide the worst customer service. they only provide customer service because the law requires them to do so. without the law, good luck getting your money form this company. if you have a claim, good luck getting your money in a timely manner. claim representatives are not there to help you. their job is to give you the lowest estimates and stone wall and delay payments as much as possible. i will try to summarize my experience with them. one of their policy holder hit my car while it was parked at a toyota dealership. clearly it was the other guys fault. i have the claim number if anybody is interested. i don't want to publish it on the web because i fear this company will go after me. anyways i talked to one of the claim rep. i asked how can i get the deductable and car rental expenses that i incurred. he's answer was fax it to this number with claim number. i asked him can i email it to you instead. he said we will only accept it if i faxed it in. email was not acceptable. i faxed all the info of my expenses. one week later no response. i called the rep again. he said we did not receive it but can email him the expenses. i emailed him. i never get a response back from him. so after a week i called him again. he gave me another answer. i am still waiting for my money. what a company. very high integrity. if you have stocks with this company they will make you money because they are very good in collecting money from people and very good in holding and delaying money to people that have a valid claims. stay away from this company.
