  • Easter Sunday and every spa I wanted a pedi at was either booked or closed. Via Yelp, I found the Nail Affair - called Kevin - friendly, warm and professional - told me about their special free paraffin with their $35 pedi. He accommodated me with an appointment and immediately welcomed me when I walked in the door politely assumed who I was - which is impressive customer service skills! Not. Lot of places do, so that alone accounts for a 5 star rating. He took me on a little tour and directed me to their polish options - introduced me to Dazzle Me polish which is vegan friendly and for $5 more dries faster and lasts a little longer than OPI. He offered me refreshments and within a couple minutes my nail tech Kristine welcomed me and took special care of me and my needs. I expressed my concerns and she made my entire experience wonderful and relaxing. From the minute I walked in to the minute I left, I felt appreciated. Such a friendly, clean and relaxing environment. My pedi experience was awesome. You have to try the callus and paraffin treatment! The foot buffer she used on me was disinfected and she gave me the option to take it home or they discard after every use. My feet feel and look so much better for sandal season. Definitely coming back! Kevin gave me 10% off for my first visit, on top of my bonus paraffin treatment - and a stamp card for every visit to earn $25 credit after 10 stamps ...and a VIP card to receive 10% off every visit on any service!
