Pharmacy, putting a patient's prescription under a different last name or date of birth or first name or whatever is a major HELL NO. I work in the healthcare field and this is irresponsible and completely dangerous. Seems like they have no regard for the health and care for others. Most importantly, techs have major attitude problems: they mumble "Can I help you?" and get mad if you can't hear them. Even if they see that you are the only one in line, they will talk to each other about who will take their break first or what's for lunch, etc before they help you. They speak too fast and cut you off mid-sentence. They point fingers if they make mistakes. Honestly, I could care less who the hell made the mistake. It shouldn't have been made in the first place and the best thing to do is to fix it asap. That's what our jobs are as patient advocates!
I've used this pharmacy 3 times and every visit has been unpleasant. This will be the last time even if it is the closest one that the insurance works with.
