  • Garbage. A novel concept is ruined by rude staff, inflated prices and an over complicated system. Was looking for something fun to do with kids. Website said open bounce was two hours long. When we got there we were told that the website displays the other locations hours so we paid about $30 for 40 minutes. Then we found out that our $30 only covers the smaller of two rooms, which has 3 bounce houses and a basketball hoop. My 2 year old couldn't do anything on the big units so I took him next door into the more kid friendly room. We were kicked out within 30 seconds. This place caters to birthday parties. Maybe you'll have more luck if you drop a few hundred bucks here but if you are just a family you will not get your money's worth.
