  • So disappointing! I tried to hire them to replace a broken pane of glass and repair a glass component on a door. After failing for three days for the 1st appointment to show up, they came 1.5 hours early for our appointment and left before I could even hurry off of a work call that I was on to speak with them. I would have cleared my schedule if I had known when they were coming, but they don't communicate with their clients. They don't respect other people's schedules or time. After the first appointment, I then had to call AGAIN to get back on their schedule AGAIN because they didn't bother to follow up . They never showed up. I called to ask if they would be coming - I was told that they'd get back to me. I never received that call back. Do not trust these people - they do not honor their appointments or commitments. They also wasted so much of my time because they don't do what they say they will do and they don't show up. Instead of being honest with clients about timeframes and availability, they gladly take your money and throw your time in the garbage. Very disrespectful.
