  • Bad checkout. Bad value. Wouldn't let me use a 20% promo code when paying in person. Told me I had to pay online in order to use the promo. How does that make any sense? I can stand in front of you and sign up with my phone and get a discount but you can't just give me the discount? Amateurs. For the full price it's just not worth it. Almost $30 for about an hour of play. That's pricey. Pursuit OCR is $20 and is unlimited time. Been twice and that's enough for me. I'm not going back. I told them and all they could offer was a discount for a future visit even when they admitted the cashier we wrong. So you're giving me a discount that I should have got in the first place and I have to pay you to use it? Forgot that. Amateurs.
