I am a big convenience person and this location was closest to my house. Big mistake! Not only is the staff uninformed, but also not very helpful. On three different occasions I went in to this location and the color I wanted for the versa spray tan was either out or the machine was not working. The first time I did not call ahead, but the other two I did and both times there was no answer. After I got to the location the girl at the front did not know the address to the nearest location. Instead, I was given the phone number to call and ask myself. Being that your location is inconveniencing me, I would think the offer to call and at least make sure the other location has what I am looking for, but this was not the case. The worst part about all of this is I emailed to cancel my membership over two weeks ago and have received no email back other than an automated email that my email has been received. I have now been charged for another month. I recently emailed again and am waiting for a response. I have never had such a bad experience with a tanning salon. Save yourself the time and money. Go somewhere else
