rev:text	First of all, I've never posted a negative review in my history until today. I strongly recommend and urge you to not take your vehicle for work at this place. I promise you, it won't last for 90 days and they won't stand by their warranty policy. Please read the negative reviews prior to me, they are being brutality honest. i had minor body work done, not even major work and the paint wiped smooth off after waiting 30-days to get it hand-washed, as the owner recommended (so, the review prior to mine is factual, they use water based paint or crayons). but..... wait...... it gets better or shall i say worse...... i purchased their best package to ensure it's covered with the longest and best warranty. so, i immediately take my vehicle back. please note: i was dealing directly with the owner. he comes out to look at the lowest quality of work on my vehicle by his body shop and advises me, "it looks like someone may have hit you in the same spot, so that's not covered under warranty", my response "really , are you kidding me? these are the exact same scrap patterns when i bought the vehicle to you". then, he went on and on trying to convince me, i was hit again in the same spot. like the other comment, they would talk to you like you're an idiot (and, i have my master's from one of the top universities and studied abroad) just because you're not certified to work in a body shop. this owner can talk in circles for hours, just to scam you, because he is fully aware of the low quality paint and materials he orders online, just to make it look good enough to get your monies. don't use cash, use your card so you can dispute it, also this maaco isn't listed with any insurance carrier as preferred. so pay more elsewhere and get the job done right. i couldn't give them a "0" but this place gets a "0"
