  • Their bill department need to hire people with higher IQ. I came for eye exam because of diabetes, the fee for this type of exam is under my medical insurance. I also need Eye glasses so the refraction charge should be billed to my VSP. The billing department refused to do that saying that it would be insurance fraud. I called VSP and had them send me a reimbursement form for this charge. If you do not want the hassle of dealing with the insurance claims, I suggest you go somewhere else.
