Maybe the worst business hotel / value ever. I thought it was adjacent to Convention Center where I had to be, its not, its a long block or two away.
Its a long block or two away from civilization.
negatives:
-dated look & feel
-neighborhood (super skeevy)
-staff was inept...see below re: customer service no recognition/adjustment in cost etc
-no cabs out front
what works:
-omlette bar was great
Place looks / feels like 1989, atrium entrance screams I should have stayed at the Wynn. Room had dim lighting & burned out bulbs, bright brass plumbing fixtures in bathroom and ratty carpet. Beds not great. Key was de-magnetized 4/5 times which had me returning to front desk again (and again and again).
Morning one my shower wasn't draining, engineer came up who managed to fill my tub with black water causing my entire room to smell like crap.
Told the front desk about the stench, they fixed it and if someone had apologized and subtracted something from my bill for the inconvenience, I probably would have forgotten about my miserable experience but that didn't happen.
Save yourself the pain of being constantly underwhelmed.
