  • I called to cancel my member ship on 7/3 (my contract ended 6/22.) the person I spoke with said I was good to go and I would not be charged again. Well..7/25 I check my bank account and see my membership charge come out. I called and they said that my membership was not cancelled until 7/24, so I was still charged for 7/22. They granted me the refund that I won't see for 10-15 days. BE CAREFUL WHEN CANCELLING. Try to always get something in writing.
