  • I have lived at NMV for over 3 years now, and overall have been quite happy here. It has a nice diverse population, decent maintenance, affordable rent, and I have not had any issues with management. PROS: The grounds are attractive and well kept, and the laundry rooms and pool/common areas are almost always clean. Very pet friendly. Doggy stations are placed throughout the property. Area is quiet for the most part. Maintenance responds well to issues. Decent fitness center Staff is very friendly and helpful. CONS: My only major complaints have to do with the location, and that can't really be helped. The parking lot is gated, but the grounds are not. Anyone can walk into the property off of Thunderbird Rd. It's not unusual to find non residents of questionable nature (tweakers) hanging out. I have enjoyed my stay here and if work didn't require me to be in the east valley every day, I would have extended my lease again. If you are looking for an affordable apartment in the area, this is by far the best one around. No apartment complex is going to be noise free, idiot free, or without some issues. It's the nature of apartment living. This is a good value and a decent place to live.
