  • I will NEVER go here ever again. They are pushy, rude, and unsanitary. Dolly cut my toe with the nail buffer because she was pressing so hard... I let that go as an accident but the manicure was the worst. She cut my nails with a cuticle clipper and wasn't looking as she was doing them so they came out uneven and almond shaped instead of rounded. She also pressed the nail file into my skin so hard that she cut my on my hand and tried to blame that on dry skin... I refiled them myself and then her husband put a clear base coat on, which began to form bubbles. They got pissy when I asked them to take it off and redo it and claimed it was because I needed to wash my hands even though I had just done so... As I'm washing my hands again, I saw the other lady waxing my moms eyebrows. As she was doing so, she was double dipping the wax stick into the same wax that's used for everyone else! I asked her why she wasn't using new waxing sticks and she tried to deny it. At this point I was so aggravated and told them I would just paint my nails myself. Dolly came over and said she would do it but they weren't even getting the whole nail, there were gaps on the sides so I told her to stop. I took the polish off and told her I just wanted my money back for my nails, which she refused so I filed a claim with my bank and she won't be receiving any money from me. Also, she cut my cousins cuticles too short and caused her to bleed. This place is a joke and overpriced for the service they provide, there are plenty of other decent nail salons to go to.
