The owner/director Nicholas refused to refund me my registration fee and the one day I paid in advance, even though we had a conversation the same week and he promised that I will be reimbursed. Then he continued that I owe him since there was a discrepancy in hours but they couldn't show me proof. They refuse to work with my child when he started having problems with another child in the facility. I felt like they're picking on my child since he's not vocal and the other parent raised hell.
The director is being unreasonable with me at this point. I would like to be reimbursed the money that is owed to me, he told me to have my lawyer call him since he refused to refund my money.
