  • Fast Read 1) Very Cool to see how's made and play with liquid nitrogen 2) Taste OK 3) Friendly Staff 4) Staff should be aware of the danger of preparing food with liquid nitrogen. It wasn't very busy and the staff put up a show for us to see what water and liquid nitrogen can do to make some interesting effects. I must say it's very interesting to see the whole ice cream making process, and play with liquid nitrogen. Fantastic for show! We order the Chocolate Whisky ice cream. It taste only ok, as I expect it taste better for a $6 ice cream. There's lots of potential with making fresh and great tasting ice cream with liquid nitrogen. It has the potential to beat the best ice cream machine out there, just due to the freshness of the fruit or creams ingredient. Be careful with preparing food with liquid nitrogen. While it's safe and fun to play with it with your hands (it doesn't burn your skin with brief exposure because vapor barrier). It's a disaster for you (serious surgery required) if you ingest even a small amount of it. Ensure the nitrogen all turned into gas before eating/drinking.
