  • If I could give 1/2 a star I would. I rarely give bad reviews, so for me to post a bad review means they had to have bad service. I did not even get a haircut here as I went in on a Wednesday afternoon and for one they weren't even busy. I was completely ignored by receptionist while she was on the phone for over 5 minutes. Then when she finally looked at me she wasn't apologetic or even nice. I asked how long the wait was and when I didn't want to wait 30 minutes (I was with my 3 kids), as I was walking out her and other employees started to talk rudely about me because I didn't want to wait. Never in my life have I experienced the rudeness of employees like them. No wonder every time I come in here the staff is different. Never again will I step into this business. I'd rather pay the extra $40 and receive great customer service.
