Talk about 1st Class White-Glove Service!
It was my first time staying at a Four Seasons hotel and I was so excited. I came here with my sister a few weeks ago. The night before, I googled the Four Seasons location in relation to the strip and I had originally thought it was next to Mandalay Bay, it turns out it's the same building as Mandalay Bay OMG! I was scared! It gave me the chills to think it's the same building where the shooting was.Four Seasons takes up the top 5 floors of the hotel, it has it's own lobby and separate elevators.
Upon arrival, there are so many bellmen that open the doors for you. They have more than any other Las Vegas hotel. The concierge was very friendly, they greet you with complimentary water while checking in. There is a security guard at the elevators that makes sure you have a hotel key before letting you up.
The room was fabulous! I love how each of the beds has an ottoman, perfect for placing your luggage upon. They even have a Keurig coffee machine in each room! C'mon now! You know they won't have that at other hotels which will probably have Mr. Coffee if anything ha ha. Hopefully next time I go they will have Nespresso in the rooms! I love how the free shampoo, conditioner and soap is from L'Occitane.
The room was very comfortable. Too bad we were only there for 3 days. I wish I stayed longer. Since it's already winter time I didn't even go down to the pool which I regret. I didn't have time to go around the hotel and check out the facilities. Oh well! I guess I'll have to come back!
The Four Seasons doesn't have it's own casino downstairs. It shares the casino with Mandalay Bay. It's really quiet at the Four Seasons, perfect for introverts or retired people lol aka it's peaceful and classy.
Overall, a great hotel with A+ service! I would love to stay at the Four Seasons during my next travel somewhere in the world!
