| - Probably the best steak experience I've ever had in my life. We decided to go with the chef's selection; domestic wagyu. Best deal.
Start: warm frisée, Caesar salad, prosciutto San Daniele, and the shrimp cocktail. Awesome start!
The meat: Domestic wagyu filet, skirt, and ribeye. They ribeye and the skirt were by far my favorite. So buttery and rich. I'm not much of a filet fan because it lacks the fat and we all know fat=flavor.
Sides: Brussels, red pepper risotto, and potato purée. All of which were perfection.
Dessert: monkey bread, tropical vanilla cheesecake, trio of ice cream, and caramel chocolate mousse. By this point, there had been so much food that I think we all had a meat high.
Overall, this was amazing and I think I may have some clogged arteries. All worth it.
