Terrible customer service. Line was 45 min long even though there were only 3 people ahead of us. Once we got up to counter we realized why. They do a hard sell on insurance (which I had already purchased through Expedia), don't have the car available that was reserved and were extremely rude arguing that the car the were offering was comparable. It was not. They kept doing a hand off to another employee to sell the insurance, dealt with 3 people before we left the counter! Paid $140 to upgrade just to get out of there with a decent car.
