  • I felt sick when I discovered that our dinosaur-era HWH had not only died but was leaking into our home. I left a message for someone from Todd's water heater repair to call me back. Terry returned my call and obtained information before he came out, explained their pricing structure and asked me to send some photos of the water heater. He came out the next day to replace it. I didn't even have to be there, which was good. It was an extremely easy transaction, and Terry was very professional. I want to mention the aftermath as well. I did not fully understand the extent of the water damage that was done inside our house, and Terry advised that we get it looked at right away. He referred us to a company that was able to come out right away to assess the situation. I am extremely grateful for the professional service provided by this company and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
