  • Stopped by for an oil change and was very surprised at the upsell pitch. After I said I did not want any other service and threatened to leave I was asked if I had a better coupon offer from a competitor. I showed a $19.00 offer and the sales mgr agreed to do the oil change and filter for the same price. The educated consumer wins again.
