  • Took my '07 Jeep Compass in to service due to an engine light / Fault Code P2004. After researching I found that I needed a new intake manifold. Apparently, there was a service bulletin out in 2007 for this and the dealer in Oregon never bothered to look it up and apply it while the Compass was under warranty. $1,000 later I had my Jeep back and it ran a lot better. The service folks at Chapman on Sahara, were incredible as was the shuttle driver. 1. They got me in early Saturday morning and diagnosed what I already feared and they had the parts in stock. Amazing! 2. I was given a ride home to wait for the repairs to be completed. The shuttle driver was a kick. She made the drive go so much faster pleasant conversation. 3. The Compass was finished by 2:30 and the shuttle picked me up and returned me to the dealer. Again the same driver. :-) 4. They washed the Jeep and had it ready for me when I arrived. This was at 3:00pm (one hour after they closed on Saturdays) Their professional attitude and understanding were well received and I will definitely be back there again
