  • Dissapointed. Been a member for over a year, and have watched many changes. I originally signed up for the new location near my house in summerlin, because of the pricing and cleanliness of that location. Well, they closed it a few months later and I was forced to use the nasty main location. Its so outdated and I have never seen them clean rooms between classes. The instructors are hit and miss, mostly miss. Every instructor I enjoyed left quickly, there is a high employee turnover, and most either dont know what they are doing or dont care. To add to all this, they have added "service fees" to all classes as an upfront tipping mandate. Well, sorry but this place and most instructors here dont merit the increase in cost. For what it adds up too, there are plenty other studios in town to try. The venus class was the only class I enjoyed here, and its similarity to Bikram is now found at most studios. Ultimately, extremely poor management here, and judging from the amount of recent poor reviews, this place is declining rapidly.
