We've ordered from Red Rock before, and the food can be good enough. Not the best pizza, but definitely not the worst. On this most recent occasion I attempted to use my soon-to-expire coupon from my Entertainment book for a delivery order but was told that I would need to present the coupon in person first and *then* have the pizza delivered or picked up. IF my coupon read "carry-out only," then I could understand this policy. However, there are no exceptions like that printed on the coupon, which means the management has chosen not to honor it as written. When I asked to speak to Paul the manager, I was told he was too "busy." Just as I am too busy to deal with this establishment any longer.
The good: the homemade, on-the-sweeter-side sauce; the generous, fresh pizza toppings; the moist chocolate chip cookies.
The bad: generic, bland crust; overbaked knots; indifferent management/customer service
