  • I had a very bad experience at David's Bridal, so horrible that I didn't even want to try on dresses anymore even though I'm getting married in 2 months. My bad experience made me uncomfortable with going to another Bridal beautique. I finally decided I need to go look for a dress so I made an appointment with another David's Bridal to see if they could give me better service. On my way to David's Bridal I noticed brilliant Bridal next door so I thought I would just walk in to see what it was like inside. Once arriving to brilliant Bridal I was asked if I had an appointment, I told the lady at the front that I didn't and I asked if it was okay if I just look around to see what they had. To my surprise a nice lady by the name of Marisol told me that she can show me a few dresses and gave me some clothes pins to pick out my favorite dresses. She then sent me up in a room and let me try on all the dresses I chose and also showed me different styles I didn't even think about but I actually liked. She made me feel so welcome and gave me such a wonderful experience that I decided to book an appointment the following Monday and bring a couple girlfriends of mine. When I came on Monday Marisol assisted me again and we tried on a couple of more dresses until I found the one I'm in love with. I want to thank Marisol and all the ladies at brilliant Bridal for making this such a memorable experience. These ladies go above and beyond to make a bride-to-be special moment even that more special. Marisol even suggested a seamstress to alter my dress in which I went to over the weekend and this lady is amazing as well. Kudos brilliant Bridal and Marisol, I will forever be grateful for your kind service.
