  • Standing in long afte waiting for 1 and a half hours for the locksmith to show up after there dispatch said 25 Muints. The lock Smith was rude condescending and totally in un, professional. Ge stsrted telling me it would take 3 or 4 hours to rekey a tsilgste lock . His boss said it would not be a probelm but it was for him .After talking with the owner of company he did the job . I have used Scottsdale lock and safe for years with no problem.... I will rethink where i do business in the future. Customer service lacking customer service. Very poor here reconsider doing any business. There are three people waiting here hours. Not a good pelis
