  • Don't order room service. Awful service. I ordered two meals (on my birthday) and my order was repeated to me. Half of it showed up after 30 minutes. Once I realized, I pointed it out to the server who said the remaining portion of the order would be delivered within another 30 minutes. Didn't happen. After an hour and a half of waiting, we canceled my "quick" in-room bday meal and there was little to no remorse about it. Thanks Bridget.
